Our Story

For as long as I can remember I’ve always been interested in cycling and bikes. Along with my love for cycling came a dislike for having to pack up my bike into the car to take it to my local bicycle repair shops. I was constantly frustrated by long waiting times to get my bikes back on the road.

In 2013 I started Bike Craft Dorset; a local, independent mobile bike mechanic service who can come to your home or place of work to either collect your bike or carry out the work there and then.

All our work is undertaken by a fully qualified Cytech Level 3 Master Technician and all work is comprehensively insured. We can operate either from our fully equipped workshop in East Dorset or from the fully equipped mobile van.

From simple safety checks and tuning to full bike builds and overhauls – all works are carried out with the highest levels of care and as quickly as possible. When you use Bike Craft Dorset for bike servicing and maintenance you’re helping to protect the environment too. We offer a free inner tube recycling service and where possible we walk to collect local bikes or cycle to repair local bikes.
